On February 16th in the evening rockets shot at Arind village in Şiye district by the Turkish state left exceptional symptoms for the civilians breathing the smoke around the place of incident. 6 civilians were brought to Afrin hospital in a state, that allowed assumptions about the use of chemical weapons. Today, member of Afrin Health Council, Abdullah Yusif, and member of the coordination of Afrin hospital "Avrin", Xelil Sabri, gave a statement about facts and findings concerning the incident.
